On our contracting portal, you will be able to appoint with multiple carriers

and products with a few simple clicks. The process is simple, but if you run into any

Your resident state’s insurance license number and social security number

PDF of your current Errors & Omissions insurance Scanned or PDF copy of a voided check

In order to utilize Total Lifetime Care Insurance Group’s contracting portal, you are required to register as a New User for the very first time, even if you may have utilized SuranceBay/SureLC in the past. Furthermore, you will need to access the SuranceBay program through our EXCLUSIVE Get Contracted Page for any additional carriers you wish to add in the future.
